Guidance for engineers and technicians

With the blend of dynamic academic programs and research policies, we are vying to attain academic excellence invigorating research productivity through sustainable institutional development.
The IIE Employer Partner scheme is our organisational membership offering for employers and their employees. Under one bulk membership, an organisation can work with the IIE to build a bespoke membership package that benefits its whole team. The IIE Employer Partner scheme is a cost-effective way to attract, develop and retain employees. As the leading professional membership body for fire, the IIE is known worldwide to provide assurance and recognition of competence and conduct for its members. Membership carries tangible benefits including access to resources, networking opportunities and the chance to get involved and help shape the sector.

How does it work?

Working with the IIE, organisations can develop a tailored membership package to benefit the business and employees. Whilst some elements are core and fixed, each organisation has the choice of other products and services to include within their Employer Partner agreement. Once a package is agreed, the organisation will be awarded with IIE Affiliate Organisation membership and employees will receive IIE Affiliate Individual membership. All individuals will have the opportunity to regrade their membership depending on their experience and qualifications, which is assessed on an individual case by case basis.
